My name is Tarryn Gilchrist, I am currently a second year student studying Physiotherapy at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in South Africa. I previously studied to become a Personal Fitness Trainer and worked in a private gym for two years. I decided that I wanted to enhance my knowledge and explore deeper into working with human movement and rehabilitation. Projects that I have completed have been various university assignments on a first and second year level of Physiotherapy, which draws me to Physiopedia to widen my perception of Physiotherapy from national to international.
