My areas of speciality include back and neck pain, sports and running injuries, and long term injury associated with sedentary lifestyles.
In my job, I use a combination of orthopaedic manual therapy, postural/movement correction, and specific exercise prescription to get to the root of the problem and devise a successful treatment. I also hold post-graduate qualifications in Neurac - Suspension exercise training, Maitland manual concept. I work in a private clinic in Vilnius where we work with sports rehabilitation, injury, pain, dysfunction, pre and post-surgery rehab, injury prevention and other neuromusculoskeletal problems.
