I'm working privately visiting patients in their residence. Because of lack of law legislations (old laws), I am unable to register myself and do a job in mutual satisfaction. Let me explain this more thoroughly. It is possible to register yourself, but you can't take money for your work through social fond like in the most countries, only from patients directly. Since most patients are in hard conditions like hemiplegia and Parkinson's, old aged. I can't take a real price from them and earn for living let alone pension and other social benefits. So I am constrained to pursue my employment in some other county.

I was doing prevention and treatment of chronic sport injuries, relieve of pain and preparation of players for sport events. I restored, maintained, and promoted players overall fitness and health. Examined their condition and cardiovascular status as for their physical preparedness.
I conducted preoperative and postoperative treatment procedures.
I performed physical strengthening, endurance, stretching of muscles as a prevention, restitution of diminished movement amplitude and repairing damaged physical coordination. I utilized electrical equipment (Laser, Magnet, DD, IFC current, Short Wave Diathermy, Ultra Short Wave Diathermy, Electrophoresis, Electro Stimulation, Ultrasound to relieve pain and reduce swelling), Hot Packs, Cold Compresses as well as various set of weights, pegs, expanders, Balkan frames, bicycles, treadmills, step machines, stairs etc.

This was apprenticeship.I was rotating through dept.every month. Beginning with physical electrical procedures,Ultra sound wave, Diadynamic currents,Short wave diathermy, Magneto therapy.Then after a month,Interferential Current,Electro stimulation (paralysis of n.facialis, brachialis etc).Third month and until the end I was in Dept.of Kinesitherapy.I treated Pediatrics patients (Torticolis,Pes equino varus,Scoliosis,Kifosis) then Peripheral nervous disorders;Paralysis,Polyneuritis,Polyradiculitis with PNF. Central disorders (Parkinson's,Cerebral Palsy,Infantile Cerebral Paralysis) with various methods (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation - H.Kabath,B.Bobath,S.Burnstorm and parts of T. Fay,Ayers methods which are already incorporated in the first two method above mentioned).Orthopedics patients;Fractures,Pre and Postoperative treatment. Rheumatism; Rheumatoid arthritis,Arthrosis (arthroplasty-knee and hip joint replacement) Low back pain, Cervicocephalic and Cervicobrachial syndrome.
