About Me
I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist currently based in London, UK. My clinical practice focuses on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management and patient centered care in supporting people to return confidently to work, sport, and everyday activities. I completed my Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India in 2020, followed by a Master's in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Salford, UK in 2022. I started as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist within a private healthcare company in the UK, over 4 years progressing to a Senior MSK Physiotherapist role. My caseload has included self-funded, NHS out-patient, occupational health and private clients, across settings such as GP health centers and private clinic blocks. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the delivery of MSK care across a range of healthcare settings and patient populations.
Alongside my clinical work, I lead virtual group sessions on chronic pain management, facilitate case-based discussions on rehabilitation, and organise journal clubs focused on current evidence-based practice. Through these activities, my interests have continued to expand beyond clinical practice, focusing on translating research into practical resources that support clinical reasoning and decision-making while making evidence more accessible to clinicians and students. In recognition of this expertise, I have also served as an External Examiner for the University of East London's Level 5 MSK examinations, contributing to the assessment of student competencies and maintaining educational standards within physiotherapy training.
As an editor at Physiopedia, I hope to contribute high-quality educational content that supports continuous learning and advances evidence-informed practice.
Outside of work you will find me usually indulging in travel and exploring different hobbies, the current one being training for a 10K Challenge to raise money for Mental health charity.
