I trained at the Manchester School of Physiotherapy and qualified in 1998. I did a rotational post in Oldham before specialising in Neurology in which I worked in Oldham and then in Rochdale up to a band 7 level. In 2005 I started working at the University of Salford as a lecturer where I now teach neurology, respiratory, amuptees and CPD in particular. I am currently also undertaking a PhD looking into FES and its use in clinical practice.
