About Me[edit | edit source]
I am a current Student Physical Therapist studying at Queen's University located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I was born and raised in New Jersey, USA where I volunteered in Private Practice Physiotherapy clinics. I also worked as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer concurrently, allowing me more opportunities to help others through therapeutic exercise.
I attended The University of Toronto majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Environmental Sciences. Here, I explored the macro components of movement such as biomechanics, musculoskeletal anatomy, etc. but also the micro components - I completed an undergraduate thesis focusing on how skeletal muscle cells adapt to repeated stressors on a biochemical level under the supervision of Dr. Marius Locke.
I am excited to begin a career where I can explore questions which I find interesting while offering as many opportunities to help others in my community.
