Roxane graduated from University in 2008 obtaining her Bachelor of Exercise Science majoring in Nutrition. With a passion for helping people live and sustain a healthy lifestyle, Roxane continued her studies and completed her Doctorate of Physiotherapy in 2010.
She has also completed training in remedial massage, dry needle therapy and DMA Pilates,
Having a keen interest in sports from a young age, it was only natural for Roxane to pursue her career in the sporting world, working as a Sports Physiotherapist for various clubs/teams and working as a mobile massage therapist exclusively treating elite sports professionals.
Throughout her career, Roxane has learnt invaluable manipulation, soft therapy & deep tissue techniques along with the importance of achieving core stability & working towards injury prevention. This along with her extensive knowledge of general health, nutrition & fitness enables her bring people back to optimal health.
Roxane’s unique skill set enables her to devise a targeted rehabilitation plan to put the spring back in your step! Her passion is enabling you get your body in a position to allow you to get the most out of life.
Roxane keeps herself highly active through running, cycling, swimming & yoga, she a bundle of energy and always presents with a smile!
