Already part of the volunteer session started this November 7th. I am Robin, a physiotherapist practicing in Perpignan, South France. I've been working in hospitals for 10 months and now working as a liberal in different clinics. Looking forward to be working together to keep on learning about the powers of physiotherapy

About my parcours[edit | edit source]

I've been studying physical therapy in Barcelona on the EUSES Health Campus for 4 years. Undergoing a variety of internship in France and Spain in different specialities such as neurology, traumatology, cardio-respiratory, geriatry and pediatry. I've started to work as physiotherapist in October 2021 at the Hospital of Perpignan (South of France) in different units, such as Covid, Nephrology and UHSU (a short term hospitalization service). Working hand by hand with a pluridisciplinary team to offer the most revelant care to hospitalized patient. Also this work was part of a wider range of service such as a "day hospital", meaning vacant patient coming to us for physiotherpy consultations, reeducation and follow up. After almost a year working there I decided to move on to the liberal area of physiotherapy in order to enhance my time diagnosing and practicing a closer follow up of the patients. I am now working in different clinics in the area of Perpignan and looking forward to keep on learning to provide the most efficient care possible.[edit | edit source]
