Dr. Wainner is currently Associate Professor at Texas State University Program in Physical Therapy, where he directs and teaches the Orthopeadic Curriculum. He is a Partner and VP of Clinical Excellence of Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, P.C. a therapist owned and operated practice dedicated to providing evidence-based care to patients with musculoskeletal disorders and co-founder and Partner in Evidence-In-Motion, a company dedicated to promotion and advancement of evidence-based physical therapy practice and translating evidence into practice. He currently is Director of the EIM Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. Dr. Wainner earned his Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000, his M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1992 and BS in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1985
