About Me
I am an experienced neurological physiotherapist with 20 years experience. I work mainly now in the field of spasticity and MS. One of my roles is a generic clinical specialist role which means I have learnt many other skills such as case management, medical optimisation and advanced assessment skills. I am now interested in the fields of global/public health and rehabilitation and particularly want to take a masters in this field. I am passionate about health promotion, self management and research and education. I love dance, having originally started out as a dancer therefore I am also interested in performance medicine.
I am passionate about learning and self development. I love to walk my dog in the countryside where I live and I enjoy singing in a choir. I have three children who are starting to grow up and travel the world. I am interested in finding out more about the global issues regarding rehabilitation.
