About Me
I am research-oriented physical therapist with expertise in neurorehabilitation and orthopaedic rehabilitation. I also excel in spinal manual mobilisation techniques. I focus on evidence-based and professional practice with strong emphasises on developing individual case reports for future publication.
I have done systematics reviews, RCT, and clinical case studies, that I intend to publish in the future. Currently, I am studying the physical and emotional challenges faced by patients with stroke. Similarly, I am studying these challenges in cerebral palsy.
I am also on-field physical therapist with different cricket club and provide on-field Maitland's analytical assessment with rehabilitation, training, and coaching services. I study different sport-related injuries and in future I want to do some research in sports. Currently, I am looking for area of interest in sports.
I am currently working in remote areas of Rawalakot, Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Pakistan. I am providing physical therapy community services here in Pakistan specifically to stroke survivors and patients diagnosed with cerebral palsy.
