I qualified as a physiotherapist from India and completed my master's in sports science in 2021 from the University of South Wales. My professional journey took me to work as a Physio with Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi to Team Physio of Pontypridd Cricket Club. I am currently working as a Chartered Physiotherapist with Spire healthcare in Wrexham, Wales.
My key interests include but are not limited to MSK conditions, Sports injuries and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. I also have a keen interest in Research, which I developed during my Master's and undertook several projects such as the Effects of Heading in Soccer, Motion analysis of Lateral Ankle Sprain in Basketball, Effects of BFR in Sprinting performance, etc.
I enjoy travelling, hiking and nature photography. And in the past have volunteered to set up skill development program, providing education opportunities for disadvantaged communities and writing for socio-political issues.
