My name is Michelle Smith and I am currently in my first year at Bellarmine University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. I also pursued my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Sports Performance at Bellarmine. Through internships at various hospitals, clinics, and a prosthesis design company, I emerged with a special interest in amputations and veterans' health. As a student, I am a student member of the APTA, and I am excited to explore its opportunities to focus my skills within my specific interests as I develop as a physical therapist.
