About Me

I am a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist working in the UK, dedicated to understanding the 'why' behind the 'what.' As a former pro-swimmer with a strong passion for coaching and strength and conditioning, I go the extra mile to help others achieve mutually agreed rehabilitation goals.

My favourite motto is, 'The man who knows how will always have a job. The man who knows why will always be his boss.' — Ralph Waldo Emerson."

Fun fact about me: I've swum enough to cover the entire circumference of the Earth.
