She treats clients with low bone density at her clinic and teaches fellow Health Professionals how to treat osteoporosis.
Margaret is the recipient of the 2011 Award of Distinction from the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for her significant contributions and achievements as a Physiotherapist.

About Me

Margaret Martin has been teaching Building Better Bones to Health Professionals throughout Canada and the USA since 2007. She operates her Physiotherapy /Personal Training Studio, Function to Fitness, in Ottawa, Canada.
Her diverse training also leads her to spending time teaching Yoga, Nordic Poling, TaiChi and overseeing her on-line company MelioGuide.com.
MelioGuide is Margaret's on-line company dedicated to Osteoporosis and Exercise. The MelioGuide programs are used by individuals in over 20 countries. She has trained therapists in over 7 countries through both her live and on-line training.
Margaret is the author of a third book, Strengthen Your Core. She is the recipient of the 2011 Award of Distinction from the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario, Canada.
