Participation in patient assessment procedures and actions in therapy as well as in areas prevention and evaluation. Based on the assessment of the patient's condition (implementation of diagnostic procedures), in accordance with the doctor 's diagnosis and recommendations and other relevant data, I participated in planning, implementing and improving the therapeutic program. Different physical ones are used techniques such as therapeutic exercises, special manual techniques of mobilization, facilitation, etc. (MFR, Emmett) In my practice knowledge of kinesiology, pathophysiological mechanisms that cause movement disorders and knowledge of each therapeutic procedure and the effects of the treatment was followed by a choice of physical techniques. Implementation of therapies such as: thermotherapy, cooling therapy, ultrasound therapy, electrostimulation therapy, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), and laser therapy. Including manual forms of therapy, such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, assisted muscle stretching, isometric resistance exercises and functional exercise as well postisometric relaxation (PIR). Application of elements of Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), Emmet techniques and Myofascial Relaxations (MFR technique). Then monitoring the patient's condition and progress, and adjusting the physiotherapy program as needed. In the later stages of physiotherapy, encouraging and educating the patient how to independently perform exercises for increase strength, endurance, coordination of movements Conducting individual exercises • exercises with elastic bands • proprioception exercises • other functional exercises
