About Me

about me

I am a hospital-based Physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience, with a particular interest in neurological, geriatric and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. My main area of clinical interest is stroke rehabilitation, focusing on functional recovery, mobility, balance, independence and quality of life. I spent 7 years practising at KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital and have been with Hospital Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) for now, where I am involved in clinical practice, physiotherapy education and professional activities. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree to further develop my knowledge and skills in advanced rehabilitation practice.

Beyond clinical practice, I am actively involved in professional education, scientific meetings, health promotion, marketing, promotion and ICT activities. I enjoy organising educational programmes, developing digital and promotional content, sharing physiotherapy knowledge and engaging with healthcare professionals and the community.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, learning new skills, photography and creative digital content. I also enjoy taking part in professional events and activities that allow me to meet new people, exchange ideas and continue learning.
