About Me

I’m a US-based physical therapist since 2014 with extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, and I currently work as a Quality Manager and Senior Physical Therapist. In my role, I focus on improving clinical systems, refining documentation, and helping bridge the gap between evidence-based care and the realities of insurance and reimbursement. I enjoy working behind the scenes to support clinicians while also continuing to treat patients with more complex orthopedic and post-operative conditions. My clinical interests include ACL rehabilitation, Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis-Specific Exercise, and performing arts medicine, particularly gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance athletes.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into leadership roles including Clinic Manager and Spine Specialty Group Coordinator, where I collaborated closely with spine specialists to improve team-based care and streamline evaluation and treatment approaches.

Clinically, I have a strong interest in spine care and scoliosis treatment, particularly using the Rigo-Method focusing on Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis-Specific Exercise, as well as ACL rehabilitation and working with athletes. I’m passionate about helping patients take an active role in their recovery and making care both individualized and practical.

Outside of work, I have a long background in competitive gymnastics as both an athlete and a coach/judge, which has heavily influenced my approach to rehabilitating performing arts athletes. These days, while I still love staying active and anything sports-related, most of my free time is spent in a hockey rink or baseball field cheering on my kids.
