I was born in Spain, where I obtained my university degree in physiotherapy. Since then, I have worked as a healthcare professional, helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.
Currently, I run my own private clinic where I offer physiotherapy services to a wide range of patients. I am proud to say that I have helped many people overcome injuries and chronic conditions, and I am grateful for the trust they have placed in me.
In addition to my experience in Spain, I have also worked in France, which has allowed me to broaden my perspective on physiotherapy and learn new techniques and approaches. I love exploring different approaches and therapies, always based on scientific evidence, to provide my patients with the best possible care.
In my free time, I enjoy writing about physiotherapy on my own blog. I like to share valuable and high-quality information with other healthcare professionals and the general public. I believe that education and outreach are fundamental to improving the understanding of physiotherapy and helping people make informed decisions about their own health.
