I am currently a first year student in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. I was admitted early into the program, so I do not have my Bachelor's of Health Sciences degree yet, but will receive it in 2014. On the weekends, I work at the YMCA as a Wellness Coach and a Lifeguard. I am now a student member of the American Physical Therapy Association. As of now, I am just beginning my journey to becoming a physical therapist. I am looking forward to being a part of this field of work. The main goal of physical therapy is to help people and that is just what I want to do.
