From a young age, I’ve been involved in competitive Ballroom and Latin Dance and over the years this has conducted in some musculoskeletal injuries. I've been treated by various MSK physiotherapists who helped me get back to doing what I love. Whilst being treated, I took a keen interest in what they were doing, asking many questions about the role of physiotherapy in sports injuries. After completed Sports High School I have decided to sign up for Sports and Physiotherapy University from my hometown. I gave a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy at Gr. T Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi, Romania in 2013, and I am HCPC registered since 2014. Currently, I volunteer at Ashford Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy Centre, where I provide physiotherapy consultations according to set treatment protocols (manual therapy, sports massage therapy) based on subjective and objective assessment and clinical reasoning such as neck pain, back pain, referred pain, and whiplash or sports injuries. I am also advising and educating patients about home exercise programs to improve their mobility and strength.
