I am currently a graduate student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Bellarmine University, in May 2012. Receiving my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) has allowed me to promote practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science. I am Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certified through the American Heart Association. My professional observations have been broad based allowing exposure in inpatient geriatrics, outpatient pediatrics, orthopedic, and outpatient hand. I completed an internship at Baptist East / Milestone Wellness Center in Louisville, Kentucky, which promotes health, wellness, and rehabilitation. I look forward to being a part of a profession which offers so many opportunities for specialization, continuous learning, and a direct interaction to improve quality of life.
