About Me

I am a physical therapist located in North Carolina, USA. I have been working in the outpatient orthopedic world since 2018. After completing an orthopedic residency, I received my Orthopedic Clinical Specialist board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association. In the clinic, I enjoy treating a variety of orthopedic conditions but also have found in interest in treating chronic pain with pain neuroscience techniques in order to help a variety of people meet their goals. Outside of the clinic, I have experience with continuing education content editing and creation as well as contributions to textbook ancillary materials.

When not working, I like to spend time with my husband and son as well as my two dogs. You can find us out on the trails or in the water!
