I'm a second year Physiotherapy student at Queen's University, class of 2020. I have a BA Kinesiology from University of Western Ontario (2004) as well as a BA Psychology from York University (2016). I am also a certified yoga instructor teaching individualized yoga therapy sessions to clients to target a range of conditions (e.g. anxiety, low back pain, chronic lower back pain, sleep disorders).
Through integration of physiotherapy and yoga principles I aim to help people achieve more balance and comfort in their body and mind.
