Curtis Hohl has been involved in the fitness industry for over 8 years, and has loved every minute of it. Curtis received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo, and will be receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May of 2012. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Curtis has experience working with people of all ages and abilities, from professional athletes to individuals in hospital care. He has helped people reach weight loss, strength and power, and athletic enhancement goals. He has acquired techniques from some of the most skilled physical therapists, strength coaches, chiropractors, and massage therapists, and utilizes all available tools to help his clients achieve success.

Maximizing strength gains has been the primary focus of Curtis’ exercise efforts, and he is familiar with all major strength-gaining systems. He is constantly researching and developing his fitness repertoire, utilizing books, research, and internet resources. When taking a break from work and school, he enjoys reading, researching environmental conservation, gardening and playing lacrosse. Curtis is always striving to better himself and increase his knowledge and preparedness in his chosen fields.
