My name is Crispin Danlag, and I am a foreign trained physical therapist from the Philippines. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy in 1998 at Southwestern University. I practiced as a clinician in several settings: hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health. I am currently working in a long term care facility here in Florida, where most residents have cognitive impairments, for more than four years now. On a personal level, my family enjoys traveling to different places, and we love outdoor activities including: fishing, playing tennis with my wife, and playing at the park with our five year old son. I am finishing my tDPT and hoping to pursue my Primary Care Certification.
