About Me
I am a student physical therapist at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. I recently received my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky. Prior to my admittance into the DPT program, I volunteered in a variety of physical therapy settings including outpatient, acute care, sub-acute rehabilitation hospitals, and pediatric facilities. I enjoy getting involved with the community, especially with the pediatric population. During my undergraduate work, I volunteered with the Big Brother Big Sister of the Bluegrass program as a mentor for children. In addition, I spent some time at the Kentucky Horse Park as a volunteer for their hippotherapy program. Currently my research interests include chronic pain/illness, fibromyalgia, and pediatric therapy interventions.
