I am a MScPT Candidate at Queen's University in the Class of 2024. I previously completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, Class of 2022. I have a passion for exercise and research, and combining these two into the use of evidence-based practice to promote healthy active living in the patient's and clients that I interact with.
