About Me
I am an Orthopedic Physical Therapist practicing in California, USA, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strength and conditioning, and evidence-based practice. I completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Loma Linda University and previously earned my Masters and Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPTh) from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India.
In addition to full-time clinical practice, I actively contribute to the advancement of the physical therapy profession through research, peer review, and clinical education. I have authored randomized controlled trials published in peer-reviewed international journals and serve as a peer reviewer for rehabilitation journals. I also work as a Clinical Instructor, mentoring Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) students during their clinical education.
I am passionate about translating research into clinical practice and collaborating with healthcare professionals worldwide to improve patient outcomes. Through Physiopedia, I look forward to contributing high-quality educational content and supporting the global physical therapy community.
