I have 13 years of clinical experiencing working in outpatient orthopedic setting. My physical therapy education began with a Bachelor of Science degree from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, USA, completed in 2001. In 2009, I obtained a transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Pacific University, Portland, Oregon, USA. Pursuing continued clinical excellence, I received a Board Certification in Orthopedics from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2010. I am currently pursing a certification of Certified Manual Physical Therapist through North American Institute of Manual Physical Therapy.

While continuing full-time clinical practice, I have been involved in establishing a multi-disciplinary cancer survivor rehabilitation program in my rural region that began in 2010. I am currently involved in establishing a multi-disciplinary Spine Clinic modeled after Virginia Mason's approach that places physical therapist on the team with physiatrists to be front-line providers for spinal pain.
