I am a certified practitioner of Pilates, Manual Therapy, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Kinesiology Taping, Cupping, Spinal Manipulation, Dry Needling, and Kinesio Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization for both adults and paediatric. I have a calm and structured approach for navigating through complex situations which makes it easier to teach, guide, and reach the targeted performance expected. I like to develop a patient-centred tailored approach and I follow evidence-based practices.
I have worked in all departments and healthcare setups from private clinics to OPD and IPD, rehabilitation centers and Homecare sets, Recovery and Post Surgical units, Acute care wards, Specialised and Private wards, and Emergency and Medicine wards, NICU, PICU as well as assisted in surgeries. I have worked with a Multidisciplinary team.
I believe in constantly challenging the status quo and being updated and involved in constant professional development by attending webinars and seminars. I am an active member of the Physiopedia team which allows me to learn and enhance skills and share important insights with the team. I recently attended a course to develop hands-on practice with numerous devices providing pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation and learn and curate an efficient understanding of ventilators to improve weaning. I also take pro bono patients to help upliftment of underprivileged sections of society. I also have experience in teaching and research.

I am currently working as a consultant physiotherapist and an Academician Professor of Therapeutic Nutrition. I was recently awarded with excellence in patient satisfaction and received heart-touching feedback from my patients. I am self-driven, enthusiastic, and a keen person in regards to my work. My communication skills are clear and prompt. I like to develop a rapport with the patients and provide them with a healthy environment and non-judgemental grounds for communicating their problems.
