My name is Zainab. I am a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 5 years of experience helping patients improve their quality of life through evidence-based exercise interventions and holistic practices. I have worked in various clinical settings, including government tertiary and secondary-care institutions, as well as in the community, bringing rehabilitation to the grassroots and making it accessible to all.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the latest trends and technologies online and spending quality time with my family. I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy to provide the best possible care.
