About Me

I am a qualified physiotherapist graduating from Coventry University in 2014. I am HCPC registered and a member of the CSP.

Having worked in the NHS for almost three years as a rotational band 5 I moved into private practice to become more of a musculo-skeletal specialist where I worked for four years primarily in outpatient MSK rehab although I also worked weekends and on calls on elective orthopaedics.

Within this role I was the lead for all classes which now total to 10 different sessions per week, 4 of which I lead. I also conducted audits into the effectiveness of the classes and gather outcome measures to prove their effect.

My current role is in the NHS working in general MSK outpatients which since COVID19 has become more of a tele-health role with only 2-3 clinic days per week.

Special interest in group exercise, weight training (Crossfit and Olympic weight lifting) and injuries in younger people
