Testing position[edit | edit source]
Patient is supine with palm facing upwards and wrist in supination.
To start the test arm is to be by the patient's side
Goniometer Placement[edit | edit source]

|inferior lateral coracoid process||parallel with the trunk||in line with the mid line of the humerus|
Expected Findings[edit | edit source]
Expected range of motion is 90 degrees of pure, glenohumeral joint range, 150 degrees of unrestricted shoulder girdle range.
