Adding Editors

Introduction

We have a team of talented and dedicated rehabilitation professionals, who create, review and update our pages, which will soon include yourself. We want to make sure we credit you for all your contributions towards development of high quality resources and to do that, we need to make sure the ‘editors’ tab is visible on each page. If it is not visible on the page you are editing, or does not include ‘original editor’ and ‘top contributors’, then an editors code needs to be added to the page via source editing.

Detailed Instructions

It is very important to credit all the people who contribute to the development of a page in Physiopedia. See how this is displayed by clicking on the "Editors" link at the top of this page. To do this you should:

1. Click the Edit Source link to edit the source code of your page.
2. Paste the following text at the top of the page:

   <div class="editorbox"> '''Original Editor '''- [[User:User Name|User Name]] '''Top Contributors''' - {{Special:Contributors/{{FULLPAGENAME}}}}</div>

3. Replace "User Name" with the username of the person that first created the page. If you are not sure who this is look at the History of the page (in the Edit drop down list) and go back to see who made the very first contributions to the page. You do not need to edit anything else, the top contributors are automatically added.

   

4. Click the Save page button at the top of the page.
