She is the Education Director at Physiopedia Plus (Plus) and is responsible for the development, review, renewal and accreditation of Plus online continuing education courses as well as training and managing the course creation team and instructors.

Tarina also completed post-graduate training in Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, and Dry Needling. She has clinical experience in musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, manual therapy, sports injuries, amputee rehabilitation, and reintegration into sport for people with disabilities. She also lectured part-time on some of these topics at various South African universities, post-graduate courses and Baylor University's DPT program.


Throughout her career, Tarina has worked as a physiotherapist for Team South Africa during large international sporting events, which includes 2 Paralympic Games, 2 Commonwealth Games and the 2022 World Games. She has worked with different sporting codes including athletics, weight lifting, cycling, triathlon, swimming, and rowing. She is passionate about helping other people continue or return to doing what they love doing. She is also an International Para Rowing Classifier for World Rowing.

I am a registered Physiotherapist in South Africa and currently busy with my Physical Therapy License registration in Texas, USA. I have been working in private practice in South Africa for the past 9 years with a special interest in manual therapy, sport and amputee rehabilitation.<br>Since 2007 I have been involved with general disability sport classifications and I am a FISA International Para-Rowing Classifier. My teaching interests for under- and post-graduates are amputee rehabilitation, manual therapy, disability sport and classification.<br>As one of the physiotherapists for Team South Africa I worked at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014, London 2012 Paralympic Games, Para-rowing World Cup in Belgrade 2012 and the IPC Athletics Championships in Christchurch 2011.&nbsp;<br>
