I live in Manchester, UK. My background comes from physiotherapy and osteopathy training. In my practise I help patients to overcome their musculosceletal problems combining knowledge and skills from physiotherapy and osteopathy science. My name is Przemyslaw Jaczun (called PJ) and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and owner of the practice. I graduated as a physiotherapist in 2009, since then I have been studying osteopathy and now I am in my final year of training. I help my clients to overcome their muscle and joints problems caused either by sports injury and accidents or activities of daily living. As part of my Continuing Professional Development I completed postgraduate courses on Muscle Energy Techniques (stretching and relaxation) for spinal and peripheral muscles, Active Release, Myofascia Release and Deep Tissue Techniques and Mobilisation with Movement by Brian Mulligan. In my day-to-day practise I use hands-on treatment methods and prescribe Corrective/Rehabilitation Exercises to achieve best results.
