I was born in Delhi and have spent most of my life here. I graduated from DElhi University and was accepted into the Physiotherapy program at the University of Delhi Council For Physiotherpy And Occupational.I played varsity field hockey where I was awarded the 1993 CIAU Rookie of the Year.GGSIP University For Complete BPT Upon graduation I was awarded Most Outstanding male 1996-97 Academic All Canadian.
I started work immediately at SOS Physiotherapy(GGSIP University For Complete BPT) where I have worked for the past 15 years.
I feel that continuing education is crucial in order to stay in touch with the most current practices, research and techniques to best service my patients. Since graduating, most notably I have achieved my McKenzie Certification in disc pathology and treatment, Sahrmann Level III (muscle imbalance) and Watson Level II (shoulder diagnosis and treatment). I continue to work closely with Dr. Stuart McGill at the University of Waterloo, a world leader in low back pain; prevention and treatment.
I have my certification with Can Fit Pro to round out my expertise in exercise prescription and have been actively involved in teaching fitness classes at Northfield Racquet and Fitness Club for the past 11 years.
