TCRHCC and SPHC  provides health care to nearly 6000 square miles to a diverse patient population, including the Navajo, Hopi & Southern Paiute tribes.  SPHC is a community based clinic that aims to provide healthcare to Native Americans in and around Flagstaff.

Outpatient Focus, primary emphasis:  orthopedics geriatric, neurological, pediatrics, wound care, prosthetic/orthotics,

Specialty Clinics:
- Spinal Cord Clinic: once per year clinic, providing comprehensive assessments of spinal cord injured patients from our service unit in a multi-disciplinary setting(including Urology, Family Medicine, Neurology, Women’s Health, & Occupational Therapy).  Often we were able to identify ongoing issues regarding their mobility, skin condition, as an example, and treat with the entire team involved.  Due to the nature of their condition, they often do not receive comprehensive evaluations and this clinic serves as a way to initiate their care with all disciplines aware of their status. 
- Functional Clinic:  Once per month clinic providing assessments of patients either in need of assistive devices/wheelchairs or in need of repair of those devices. Coordinated with DME supplier and primary care physician to obtain all needed documentation to obtain mobility devices. 
- Geriatric Clinic:  Once per month clinic providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary assessments of geriatric patients; providing brief assessments determining whether further Physical Therapy intervention.
- Prosthetic/Orthotic Clinic(20 hours per month): Primary Therapist/Clinic Manager, work 1:1 with Tom Funk, CPO of Gallup Limb and Brace in monthly clinic.  Providing prosthetic/orthotic needs to Tuba City Service Unit; responsibilities include: evaluating, casting & fitting prosthetic/orthotic needs for all age ranges; performing details gait training to patients.  Implementing Diabetic shoe program.
