I'm from India.I think what makes this profession so interesting for me is that there is no monotony.I'm a person who gets bored with something pretty soon and to have new cases everyday,meet new people,positive feedbacks from them after the therapy really means a lot! I see an amazing career as a physio ahead.
P.S.I also love travelling and dancing.
Education and clinical experience[edit | edit source]
I'm currently in my 4th(final) year of bachelors of physiotherapy(BPT) course at Christian Medical College(CMC),Vellore.
I've had 2 rotations in the following clinical postings-
- orthopaedics
- neurology
- cardiothoracic
- acute PMR setup
- rehabilitation centre
- OPD
- electrotherapy
- haemophilia clinic
My task as a student during these postings include doing a thorough assessment,reading up on the condition encountered, making a problem list and presenting treatment aims and treatment plan to my guide and then giving therapy to the patient under guidance.
