There is no one difinitive test for the diagnosis of PCOS, but rather a ruling out of other possible disorders.

  • Ultrasounography - abdominal or transvaginal
  • Pelvic Examination
  • Laproscopy
  • Laboratory testing including CBC and CA-125
  • Screenings for glucose intolerance
