  • Medical diagnosis: Hepatitis C (diagnosed 6 years ago)
  • Co-morbidities: Diabetes, Hypertension, Alcoholism
  • Previous care or treatment
  • Medication: Ribavirin BID
  • Name:  Brandt Widelline
