Clinicians assigned randomly one hundred and nine women diagnosed with cervical, endometrial, or ovarian cancer, who done  abdominal surgery into two groups: intervention (56 patients) used the abdominal binder from day 1 and control (53 patients) did not wear the binder . The primary outcomes were pain and functional recovery. Researcher observed the  intervention group  significant lower pain score than control group.
