ABOUT ME

I am a Physiotherapist licensed to practice in Nigeria with over 14 years experience. I have special interest in women's health Physiotherapy. Late 2011, I was privileged to be one of the pioneers of the women's health physiotherapy and the Physical Fitness unit of the Federal teaching Hospital Ido Ekiti. I led the team in providing antenatal physiotherapy care including Education and Exercises. During this period, I developed a poster on "Maternal positions that can speed up the first stage of labor during childbirth" to help educate pregnant women on what to expect as well as the positions that can speed up the process of labor. This poster came handy during the antenatal exercise classes. I am always eager to learn and teachable.
