Defenition[edit | edit source]
The patient lies on its back with its feet flat on the ground en 60 degrees flexion in the fnees. Then the patient lifts his schoulders from the ground without losing contact witch the ground with his feet. The easy way is with the arms on the chest or stomach. You can make it more difficult by blacing the hands behind the head or by taking some weight on the chest or in the hands. Just nerver pul your neck.
