When we take a good look at the inner workings of the human body, it becomes clear that it's engineered like a top-of-the-line machine. By studying anatomy and physiology, we have the proof that life is a marvel of engineering!
Now, speaking of engineering, let me introduce myself. My name is Bruno Serra, and I'm an Engineer. But hold on,  I'm not just any old Engineer. I'm a health nerd too! In fact, I'm so passionate about health studies that I decided to switch careers and become a physiotherapist.
What I love most about this field t's the opportunity to dive deep into subjects like chronic pain and rheumatology, and exploring all the non-pharmacological treatments.  I'm a huge fan of exercise, lifestyle medicine and manual therapy. I find it fascinating to explore how we can heal and take care of our bodies without always relying on medication.
I see myself as a passionate Engineer turned physiotherapist, diving headfirst into the world of health studies. It believe it's all about understanding the human body and finding the best ways to keep it healthy and happy.
