Optimal Screening for Prediction of Referral and Outcome Yellow Flag (OSPRO-YF) is a multidimensional screening tool intended to assess psychosocial factors in individuals with musculoskeletal pain.[1] This 17-item outcome measure is developed from validated psychological questionnaires across three domains- negative mood, fear avoidance and positive affect/coping.[2]
