Shaimaa Hamdy Eldib.
About Me [edit | edit source]
I was graduated from the faculty of physical therapy,Cairo University, Egypt in 2005. After my graduation, I have worked in an Educational Hospital for 3 years.
In the first year, I was in rotation between different in-patient departments giving physiotherapy service under the supervision of my seniors. Then, I moved to the out-patient clinic where I have worked for 2 years with different types of patients, for instance, Orthopaedic , Neurology and Paediatrics. Actually, working in that busy hospital gave me a good chance to manage different physiotherapy cases and improve my skills in terms of physiotherapy management techniques.
In 2009, . I have developed my skills in Saudi-Arabia , by treating patients in the private sector for 2 years. This experience helped me to work more independently at that time.
Recently, I have finished an advancing physiotherapy MSc course from Sheffield Hallam University. This course improved my understanding of the basis of evidence-based practice, biopsychosocial approach, teaching, research projects and management.
