I'm a physical therapist who practices in the States in an outpatient private practice. My passion is older adults. I am a board certified clinical specialist in geriatrics. My treatment focus is improving confidence in balance. In my role at Physiopedia I enjoy managing the social media side of things while also monitoring results of the whole team effort in Google Analytics.

About Me[edit | edit source]

In 2008 I decided to challenge myself physically. I started doing sprint triathlons. Another physical therapist suggested I do one with her. My first response was, "No. I hate running. I don't have a bike. I have no idea how to swim. I'm scared of lakes!" Well, I changed my mind and learned how to swim, got a bike and put on shoes and started 'running.' I actually have fun doing them... and am still working on my open water anxiety.
