I have worked with a wide variety of complaints, both acute injuries and chronic pain conditions. I have a special interest in Sports and Running related injuries and in promoting the development of efficient movement patterns to help reduce the risk of future injury. | |||
My holistic assessment includes a full body movement screen to identify potential factors relating to the presenting issue, and lifestyle factors that contribute to overall health and well-being. | |||
I employ a wide range of treatment techniques, including Dry Needling, various Manual Therapies, and individually tailored Corrective Exercise prescription. Each client will be lead through an individualised, guided rehabilitation programme to ensure the quickest and most effective recovery from injury. | |||
